        I used this fan to replace an old, noisy & wobbly fan, an am delighted. It is whisper quiet, and was simple to install. I was especially impressed that both the installation bracket that goes against the ceiling, from which the fan hangs, and the blades themselves, are padded with rubber bushings to reduce/eliminate vibrations and noise.
