      I purchased this product as spare for my shower bars since previous hoses did not last. They broke off from shower handle after a few months of use. Even though HansGrohe has generous warranty, it is still a hassle to make the phone call and wait for the replacement to arrive. I would not recommend HansGrohe's shower bars to a friend due to the fragile hoses. But to service the existing shower bars, there seems to be no other alternatives.

              I had to purchase both an entire replacement kit and then just the hose. Again a leak. I expected much better from the Hansgrohe company. I will not buy their products again.
