Well made. Actually better looking in real life than in the picture. The plumber kept commenting on how well made it was and that it was surprisingly easy to install because the connections were so high quality.

This product operates flawlessly. The pull out spray is easy to use and retracts nicely and neatly into the faucet spout. I mounted the faucet with the handle towards the front of the sink which makes it very convenient to turn off and on while not interfering with dishes I'm rinsing. The faucet has significant water pressure so it might not be the best choice for a shallow sink, as there would be some splashing. My sink is 7.5 and 8.5 inches in depth and it works fine. I've only had it installed for a few weeks, but I'm hoping it lasts much longer than my last faucet which needed a new cartridge and handle tightening after only 3 years.
