          We put this in all three of our new bathrooms and are very pleased. I wasn't sure how I would like the "flap" but it is very solid and holds the roll in place so you can tear off a piece of toilet paper fairly easy. It's a real nice product.

          This product has a great appearance and is a heavy piece that is quality made. We have been very happy with it with the exception of the piece that is on the front that covers the tissue. It makes it a little hard to roll the tissue off and remove the amount needed. We're going to look into removing that piece as we have this located in our children's bathroom and it's not working out very well.
