      What is a pop up?

      Specs for this Grohe unit indicate "pop up not included" - Is a pop up needed? If so, how & which do I order?

        A:

        The "pop up" drain is one where you will have a lever to open and close the drain. You do not necessarily have to have a pop up, but you will need a drain. If you would like this faucet with a pop up, the model # would be 32642001.

        The pop up is not needed but many sinks do have them. You are not limited on what you can choose as it connects with the drain not faucet.
