    I ordered this for a house that's still being built and it hasn't yet been installed. [...] very pleased with the design and the quality construction.

    Service and delivery comments:

    I am generally pleased with Homeclick and definitely will order from them again even though there was a glitch in a previous order: they sent me the wrong Toto toilet bowls and the exchange took longer than it should have because I think the fellow at customer service who took my initial call didn't process an exchange order just a return one. After returning the wrong ones and waiting for 10 days for the right ones to arrive, it took another call to customer service to straighten things out. I got the proper bowls promptly a couple of days later.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
