Service and delivery comments:

Product was supposed to ship on 8/29. Needed it by Sept 5 for contractor remodeling bathroom. Product actually shipped on 9/12. Homeclick said product was backordered. Found out who their third-party supplier (!!!) was and called. They said they had 20 or 30 in stock but no orders from Homeclick. Called manager at Homeclick who told me they don't make up an order unless they have several of the item ordered by customers (to save shipping costs). Contractor was finished before item arrived and I had to call him back at extra cost to install item.

Comments about Ginger Soap Basket:

I have "Ginger" shower caddies, hooks, shower bars, etc. installed in two houses. They are of good quality chrome and install easily. They have been in one house for two years and are still performing their functions as desired.

My one complaint is that one item was lacking mounting hardware (screws and little chrome screw covers, which are necessary to hide the screw heads).
Despite e-mailing Homeclick customer Service, I have yet to be contacted about how to get replacements.
