This is a superbly designed and engineered product. It is made of heavy duty materials that will both withstand years of use, and will continue to look great after the years of use. The heavy duty mounting bracket is simple in design, but very sturdy. I especially like the rubber o-rings inside the shower bar retaining pieces that will prevent the shower bar from moving and therefore prevent annoying clanking noises.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
