Comments about Fitnex Recumbent Bike:

I thought this unit came with programs and had automatic resistence levels. Everything is manual. This is a scaled down unit that I wish I never bought. If I had to do over I would buy a Schwinn 240 much better unit, don't buy this unit. [...]. I have used it once and hate it. Does anyone want to trade there Schwinn 240 for this Fitnex r40s?

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
