Horrible customer service at HomeClick!

The tub is fine but HomeClick provided absolutely terrible customer service. The tub was damaged in shipping, first time, and HomeClick was to request rush delivery on the replacement and get back with me as to ship / delivery date. I never received promised communication. We have had further difficulties with their service relating to faucets and other fixtures.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
