          Problem 1. We switched the configuration to face the opposite direction, and the screw inside would never tighten so it wiggled. Problem 2 is it came loose from it's single locking screw, and it won't stay on the wall. The threads must have stripped from fixing it time and time again. Poor design to have the weight and torque rely on one screw that is just pushing against the base. :-(
