I had my contractor install my lights since he offered, so I don't know about the install process. However "oiled bronze" is really just a light black, which was really disappointing. I was hoping for a brown. Didn't want to pay the restocking fee to change them out. very pretty, but simple light, though.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
