I use it for reading. It's beautiful & goes nicely in our office. It adds a warm touch. The color & material of the fabric is just lovely. It was easy to assemble as well! The downside is lack of comfort, but I can add some throw pillows.

This chaise is a fine bonus to any room. It's pretty good looking, though a bit more silver than depicted. I have fallen asleep more than once on this thing, so it can't be too shabby.

The drilled sections where bolts insert are not straight and in line with one another, so assembly involves fiding the right angles -- this is very very frustrating as all pieces require two or more bolts entering at different angles.

After very careful and firm assembly, the back is still a bit wobbly.

All in all, this is a solid chaise for the price. I don't regret the purchase.
