Blanco Diamond Anthracite Silgranit Drop In Bar / Prep Sink

Feel the strength of Silgranit® granite sinks, featuring the touch and feel of natual stone. Unlike cast iron and soft composite materials, Silgranit® combines the best performing ingedients to produce kitchen sinks that are hygenic, durable, stain resistant, easy - to - clean, and do not absorb odors or bacteria. Silgranit® contains 80% natural granite, mixed with acrylic resin, which gives the sink its resilience and ability to be molded into striking designs. Pigments provide color, which is present throughout the sink ensuring consistant color and durability. As tough and durable as the are good looking, all Silgranit® sinks are backed by Blanco's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

        We'll install this sink in a kitchen island near a stove and a mixer, so it should be convenient for washing vegetables and fruits and cleaning up after mixing dough. It will also be good for the little ones to wash hands before dinner.
        We like the sturdiness of granite. Also, since we ordered the graphite color, we don't expect to deal with staining.
