The American Range 30 Inch Wall Oven with Standard door is made with a heavy gauge welded frame construction that combines a sleak look with the long lasting stability. The Standard features include an Innovection Convection System that utilizes dual convection motors which provide superior baking performance. 15,500 BTU Inconel banquet broiler burner produces 1500 F boiling temperatures. Commercial grade high temperature porcelain oven interior.
