We like the pre-constructed floor. The plumbers upgrade is awesome.

Service and delivery comments:

Our delivery was a few days late. Upon inspection the base unit had three air bubbles. We weighted down the bubbles with heavy objects and the next day all appeared fine. Your customer service person was extremely helpful. Her name is Aimee.
Also the base unit came 1/4 in too large. I had to move one wall for it to fit. This was after I had built the rough in opening to the exact dimensions you provided.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
