Comments about 200 Series Bathroom Faucet in Old World Bronze:

Bad: This product comes with no instructions which for most faucets is not a big deal, but installation was anything less than standard and it does not come with all of the necessary hoses and rubber gaskets needed to do a proper installation (add $35 bucks and additional hastle to the purchase price).

Worse: Immediately after installing the cold water cartridge began to leak. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped a replacement cartridge; however before that arrived the hot water cartridge began to leak. Given the frustrations I had already experienced and need to have a functioning bathroom I unistalled the unit and bought a replacement unit from another manufacturer (installed in 10 minutes, looks good, and doesn't leak!). I contacted both the American Bath Factory and and both refused to allow the unit to be returned stating that "it wasn't defective". If a leaky faucet isn't defective (not once, but twice) I don't know what is.
