• True European convection - Miele uses a pressurized convection system which heats the air in a rear chamber and then quickly circulates it throughout the oven cavity, creating uniform temperatures on every level of the oven. • Residual Heat Cooking - When using the roast probe, the Novotronics calculate the amount of heat needed to finish the cooking process. If the oven is hot enough to complete the cooking, the oven switches into an energy conservation mode until the item is done.
• Time Remaining Calculation - A unique Miele feature. When using the roast probe, Miele ovens will calculate and display the remaining time needed for an item to cook. This takes the guesswork out of meal planning. You'll know exactly when an item will be finished and you can plan the rest of the meal accordingly.
• Two zone infrared broiling - Miele ovens offer two zone broiling. The BROILING 1 mode operates the inner element for broiling smaller items. BROILING 2 operates both the broiling element and the top heating element, expanding the broiling capacity.
